INGREDIENTS:  boneless chicken breast, GF soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, lime juice, garlic, curry powder, Sriracha chile sauce, peanuts, Jasmine rice.

RICE PER SERVING:  225 Calories, 0g Fat, 0mg Cholestrol, 3mg Sodium, 106mg Phosphorus, 49g Carbohydrates, 1g Fiber, 4g Protein.

Cooking Instructions

To cook Jasmine rice: Rinse rice, place in saucepan, add 2/3 cup water. Bring to boil, cover, turn heat down to the lowest setting. Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove rice from heat. To cook chicken: Heat skillet on medium high heat. Add contents of large bag to skillet. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 7 - 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (minimum internal temperature of 165˚ F.) Spoon Thai Honey Peanut Chicken over rice. Top with chopped peanuts & serve.
